The three remaining chefs prepare fine-dining versions of classic American dishes for outside judges---their mothers, who don’t know whose plates they’re sampling. Then each contestant gets to run Hell’s Kitchen during dinner service. They must watch for subtle traps set for them by sous chefs MaryAnn and Scott.
